Shipping Information

All orders are custom, so please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. If there is ever a time you want to confirm a time frame, please contact us.  All orders ship from our bow studio at 626 E High Street in Lexington, Kentucky. We operate normal business hours Monday-Friday and observe holidays. 

We offer value shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS), in addition to some expedited options. We send email confirmations once a package is shipped, domestic purchases will also include tracking information. Please understand that once the package leaves our bow studio, we cannot be held responsible when a package is delayed, mis-delivered, or lost in transit.

$5 USPS First Class with tracking + insurance
$8 USPS Priority with tracking + insurance

Typical transit times are 3 days, but please note delivery windows cannot be guaranteed. If insurance is purchased, we will remake and ship the order if the original shipment: 
- is held up within the USPS transit system beyond 4 weeks of ship date showing non-delivery 
- has been reported by USPS as delivered within a week yet not received

International Shipping Details

International shipments are mailed United States Post First Class. Typical delivery times are 2-3 weeks to most parts of the world, but delivery times can't be guaranteed.

We are located in downtown Lexington KY at 626 E High Street if local pickup is preferred.
