All orders are custom, so please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. We ship all orders from our bow studio in Lexington KY using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Although all orders are customized, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something is not quite right, you have one week from arrival to let us know. We’ll issue store credit or a refund upon receipt of the items. Any item received after 30 days will receive store credit.

I bought several bows, along with various clip options. Our daughter is 8 months with a good amount of hair and the smaller (we bought Nora) bow with the bitty clip seems the most practical and comfortable at this stage. They are all lovely!

These bows are ADORABLE and excellent quality. I'm absolutely thrilled. And once they are clipped in the hair, they STAY. Great for every day -- but look great when she's all dressed up, too!
Love the bows however the bigger bows do not stay in the hair well with the bitty clip.

Adorable bows that actually stay put! They are a good size, but not too heavy. It survived our 9 month old jumping in the jolly jumper! The clip also doesn't yank little hairs out. A big win.

I purchased a 4 pack of these baby bows on bitty clips, and they quickly became an obsession! It's the only bow we wear! My little one has her first birthday next month, and it's still the perfect size we just need a bigger clip! Customer service has always been great and we look forward to receiving our little pink packages!
I have tried other boutique brands of bows, and didn't find their clips to work well. They either wouldn't stay, or they'd pull her hair out. We started with a 4-pack and it's turned into an addiction!
I am so in love with these bows. They're amazing! The bow's classic shape is lovely and really well made. The velvet clip is so soft on my baby's head, and they really stay in place so I like that I am not constantly adjusting it. Will definitely be buying more!
We love our bitty bows, and the Nora is the perfect size for my 8 month old little girl. The bows are well made, pretty, and the velvet gator clips stay in! By far our favorite bows.
This is the second style of bow I bought from this company, we loved our tiny Lucy bows but were growing out of them. It is absolutely the best bow! The size is just right - not too big that she's tugging at it, but not too small to look silly. Also I am so glad we followed the suggestion to size up on the clip. We wore the baby clip before, but now wear the velvet clip. It's so soft and it really stays in, and doesn't pull her hair out like other brands we have tried. Will definitely keep buying from Bitty Bows!
