All orders are custom, so please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. We ship all orders from our bow studio in Lexington KY using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Although all orders are customized, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something is not quite right, you have one week from arrival to let us know. We’ll issue store credit or a refund upon receipt of the items. Any item received after 30 days will receive store credit.

Thanks to the owner Kathy, I was able to make a last-minute change (plus a few more). She not only was able to rush through our order, she offered to ship free since we met that amount. Then she included the cutest tiny berry clip, so sweet! It's hard to find personalized service like this, I'll be shopping this company for all my grands for years to come.

These are the perfect size for my 19 month old. They clip in so easily and are nice and light so she’s not bothered by them and keeps them in for long periods of time!

I became hooked on these bows after my goldendoodle got hold of one of our bows, and it survived! I washed it with baby shampoo and it was good as new once it dried - I was amazed! Some of the colors we've had for over a year and they have held up so well. We enjoy getting a new set every season. Happy mail! Also thank you Bitty Bows for the fun little treats you include, we've been loving pairing the little clippies to hold back bangs when wearing a ponytail.

These bows last FOREVER! I bought some for my now 2 yo when she was tiny and we're still able to wear them.
