Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, electronic checks, and
Paypal. All payment types are processed through Paypal, which is one of
the most secure ways to pay online without exposing your financial
information. Please note, your order is not processed until payment is

All orders are custom made at the time the order is placed, to allow
for the best possible selection.
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to ship. I always try to ship close to the 2 days, but as a mom of 2 young children, broken arms, pneumonia, and family urgencies have been known to happen, making it closer to the 5 days. If you are
in a hurry for a specific occasion, please email me, and I will let you know if I can
accommodate your time frame. You can check the status of your order at
any time through the website.

Returns and Exchanges TOP
I work very hard on each item sold, and do my best to accurately describe various styles. However, if
you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Bitty Bows Boutique, I would be happy to exchange or refund your money on standard* items. Please email
me and return the items within 7 days of receipt. They must be unused, and returned in a box. Returns can only be accepted if
purchased directly through www.bittybowsboutique.com. A 15% restocking
fee will be charged for returned items, and shipping is not refundable. Insurance is recommended if
you return a package, as I cannot be responsible for lost returns.
*Please note, due to the custom design of many items, some bows and flowers are not eligible for return. These include any flower clip that has a special requested ribbon background, and the following bow styles: Blaire, Mikah, Jessica, Savannah, Sydney, Ally, Layne, Anna Rose, Anne Marie, Sophia, and Ella. Flower clips that offer two or more choices of flowers are eligible for return, as long as the two flower colors chosen are the same, with matching ribbon.
How much hair is really needed for a bow? TOP
With
a little practice, you could almost get this clipped to the fuzz on a
peach! In all seriousness, I am often told by moms, "Oh my baby doesn't
have enough hair for a bow." I proceed to clip my baby clip to the
*tiny, sparse* hairs on my forearm, and wiggle it around. That is
enough to convince them that their baby CAN wear a bow! I also email
instructions and tips with
your purchase that should help.

design of these clips is small and lightweight, not flimsy. They
are also uniquely lined, giving them a very firm, tight grasp. They are
probably much different from any snap clips you have seen in stores,
which are only partially lined or not lined at all, and have a large
gap where the hair slides out.

No, we do not offer a printed catalog. Our inventory changes too frequently, we'd be printing catalogs each month to keep it up to date! You can find the most up to date and detailed information on our website catalog. This also allows search features that would not be allowed in a paper catalog.
Do you offer international shipping? APO shipping? TOP
Yes! International shipping is $3, no matter where it is. Please remember that international shipping takes longer than U.S. shipping.
